Structuring of Braskem's Energy Division: Led the structuring and management of the corporate energy program for one of the country's largest petrochemical companies. Responsible for the purchase and sale of electricity, natural gas, and mineral coal; valorization of process residual fuels; strategic relations with regulatory agencies and government bodies; investment strategies in self-generation; representation in trade associations (ABRACE and ABIAPE); development of the annual energy matrix and leadership of the Abrace Northeast Group.
Structuring of the New Business Area at Andrade & Canellas: Organized and coordinated the new business area across four strategic segments: Special Projects, Oil & Gas, Transmission Lines & Substations, and Information Technology. Provided personalized consulting for trade associations (ABRACE, ABAL, ABRAGET) and addressed large industry demands in electricity, renewables, and oil & gas. Developed executive consulting for top leadership of power-intensive companies such as ALCOA, BRASKEM, VOTORANTIM, NOVELIS, GERDAU, and CARBOCLORO.
Support to the Ministry of Mines and Energy - MME and Eletrobrás: Contributed to the structuring and launch of the 'Luz no Campo' Program, currently named 'Luz para Todos' (Light for All), one of the world's largest rural electrification programs.
Structuring and Coordination of R&D Program at the Electric Energy Research Center - CEPEL: Led a research and development program in Renewable Energies and Rural Electrification (PER), contributing to the technological advancement of the Brazilian energy sector.
